My best friend’s baby turned one recently. Oh my goodness, where does the time go?! How is she already one?
First she was pregnant and I threw her a baby shower (never done that before and it was super fun), then baby came and everything was just so surreal, and just as I was starting to get used to this little baby she goes ahead and turns into a toddler. Yup, she’s walking now. But she didn’t do much of that at her cake smash session because she was so ENTHRALLED with the cake. Just silent eating, with the occasional pause to look up at her parents. HILARIOUS.
